A chieftain of the Young Progressives Party , YPP, Prince Ozioma Ani, has said that bright minds should be allowed to go to the hallowed chambers of the legislative houses not dullards and misfits. Ani who spoke yesterday during his declaration to contest for the seat of Enugu North and South Federal Constituency, said that the positions as sensitive as that of law and policy making should be manned by the very best and "brightest minds and not for the daft." “We are currently witnessing an era where the elected and selected representatives get into power with no clear cut agenda and no timelines.
