QUICK HOME-MADE ICE-CREAM TOPPINGS....

Want fresh, new and exciting ways of eating ice cream....?? And since it's 80•c degrees outside , here's our excuse to eat as much as we want. Now treat yourself something divine with these different tempting toppings to choose from. Look, even plain old chocolate and vanilla can be made more special with any of these easy and quick homemade topping

1-: PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM TOPPING -Place 1/2 sweetened condensed milk and Creamy peanut butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir till it is incorporated. Remove from heat then stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Transfer sauce to a jar to cool ,it will thicken. To make it easier to pour, heat sauce in the microwave for a few seconds and don't allow to over cool. Then stir and drizzle over your choice of ice cream.


2 :- BUTTER-SCOTCH - Dissolve 225g of light sugar with 1 tablespoon of golden syrup over medium heat. Add 50g of butter and boil. Simmer for 10minutes ., Add 3 tablespoons of double cream and 1 tablespoon of vanilla. Serve cool.

3 -: CHOCOLATE :- Melt 115g top quality chocolate with 2 tablespoons of caster sugar and 5 tablespoons of water . Stirring till smooth. Serve hot or cold
4 :- ESPRESSO :- Give a few scoops of best quality vanilla ice cream an Italian flavor by pouring 50ml of pipping hot espresso over. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate espresso beans. Serve at once.
5:- CARAMEL :- Dissolve 250g of sugar in 125ml water over high heat. Add 1 strip of lemon rind and heat until dark golden brown. Plunge base of the pan containing sauce in cold water to stop cooking. Serve hot.
6 :- MARS BAR SAUCE :- Simmer 1 chopped mars bar with 150ml double cream on a bowl over hot water, Stirring occasionally till the bars melt..

APC SUPPORT GROUP CAUTIONS RECALLED ENVOYS TO DESIST FROM EMBARRASSING THE NIGERIAN GOVT.

A Coalition of All Progressives Congress, APC, support groups, on Thursday, cautioned recalled envoys and ambassadors to stop denting the country's image abroad. The groups issued the warning during a press conference in Abuja. They accused some of the envoys, particularly the Ambassador to Zambia, of sponsoring spurious media campaigns against the Federal Government and the person of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The press conference was addressed by Amb. Haj. Rabi Garba Dangizo, Director General, Progressive Arewa People Support, ASIWAJU/Shattima, PAPSA, and Amb. (Dr.) Adewale Adeogun.
